Meet the Fans - Andy Cook previous : next
Name : Andy Cook
Age : 21
Homepage : n/a
Lives In : Southampton
Occupation : PhD Student
All-time Favourite City XI :

 1 Steve Mokler
 2 Lee Smith
 3 : Left Back
 4 Chris Burns
 5 Gary Kemp
 6 Gary Thorne
 7 Keith Knight
 8 Neil Mustoe
 9 Dale Watkins
10 Jimmy Cox
11 Adie Harris

12 Adie Mings
14 David Coles
15 Elastic Lance (on trust this one..)
Best three City goals ever seen :

Goal 1 : That lob by Dale against Gannaway against Cheltenham.

Goal 2 : Mingsy's equaliser against Dagenham

Goal 3 : Adie Harris' against Woking. Largely because it was Adie Harris!
First Game Attended :
League match aginst Solihull in 1992. Not too sure, a lot has happened since then
Description of yourself on a matchday :
Optimistic, realistic, pessimistic. In chronological order usually. Hopefully not this season though as we're going up
Other team(s) supported :
AFC Wimbledon (like every other non-league fan), and occasionally the Villa
Favourite Away ground :
Kidderminster's was cracking.
Worst Away ground :
Stourport I guess. Cinderford's and RC Warwicks are pits too
Furthest travelled to an away game :
Bishop Auckland FATQF 1997.
Most memorable City match :
Southport 2003. Stunning. Wasn't there but teletext saw me through!
Maddest Celebration :
Throwing my pants at Adie Mings when he equalised against Dagenham....seriously though, not too mad a celebrator just bounce around screaming especially if A. Harris has scored.
All-time favourite City player :
Tied between Burnsie and Adrian Harris Esq.
Current favourite City player :
The Rt Hon. Adrian of Harris
Improvements you would make to Meadow Park :
Make sure the fast food bar/hatch actually sells food. Ideally pies. Never had a pie at MP. Shocker.
Most outrageous thing you've done at a City match :
Protested afterwards during the proto-masonic Tracy ("football league in 5 years") Newport era. RIP Port Pies and Snacks and Port Security. Tragic.
Overall Comments :
I really do belive that under the right management and chairmanship this club can make it into the football league. We proved last year that we can beat any non-league team on our day. I want promotion this year and a run to the 1st round of the FA Cup. 4th Qualifying round beat FGR, 1st Round beat Cheltenham, 2nd Round beat Kiddy, 3rd round bow out 8-1 at Stamford bridge with £250k gate money. Lovely job.
