Scott was a promising young striker who had two spells with the club, the first coming after his release from Bristol City as a very raw youngster while the second was after he'd gone away and gotten used to playing mens football.

His first debut was away at Truro City in the FA Trophy and he scored within minutes of coming on as substitute but in truth struggled to impose himself against big, ugly Conference North defenders and found his chances limited.

He didn't score again but made his mark at Boston when he was harshly red carded by a referee who had been swayed by a large home crowd.

At the start of the 2012/13 season he dual signed with Cinderford Town and started to find his feet, banging in the goals for the club two leagues below but still made three substitute appearances for the Tigers, although after a cameo at home to Solihull Moors one supporter cruelly suggested that he'd won a competition to play!

In his season away he made a real name for himself firing in fifteen goals for the Bear Killers and when he made the switch to Lodge Road he netted a further sixteen goals!

He'd gained the kind of experience that city manager David Mehew had wanted him to and was persuaded to come back, and after scoring five times during pre-season he got off the mark with a debut goal away at North Ferriby, although his team fell to a 2-3 defeat on Humberside.

In fact he had a great start to the season and his haul of eight goals left him as top scorer when he signed for Bath City in January 2014.
