Talented midfielder signed initially on loan before joining permanently and becoming a mainstay of City's midfield for four consecutive seasons.
A free kick specialist Joe is never shy at taking a shot on goal and of the twenty-nine goals he scored for the club in his first spell not many were from inside the penalty area.
With the club moving to full time it didn't suit Joe's career and he left to join Chippenham Town where he enjoyed four further seasons before coming back to his home town club for the disappointing 2023/24 relegation campaign.
