Mike is a young midfielder signed in the summer of 2010 after he'd been away at Loughborough University.
He developed as a youngster in the youth team at Bishops Cleeve before heading off to Uni where he represented that BUSA teams at a high level and when he came home to Gloucester did well in pre-season and signed BSN forms for the club.
Whilst happy to be involved Mike was supposed to spend time with the development XI but injuries saw him thrown straight into the first time and he marked his full debut against Redditch with an early goal.
Mike comes from a footballing family with a decent pedigree; his great uncle Bobby Tambling is Chelsea's all-time top scorer!
