Michael impressed with his direct running and trickery. He scored twice; one a last minute winner at Kettering and also a lovely curling effort in the defeat at home to Darlington. Following his initial loan spell he was brought back again for the run-in in a move funded by the supporters. However he barely featured and was reputedly only fit enough for twenty minutes.
