Martin played for City for seven seasons making 268 appearances, scoring just the seven times. It's a common belief that him being replaced by Ricky Chandler when 2-0 up at Cardiff City in the FA Cup is what cost us a famous victory that day. He started his senior career at Kidderminster where he stayed for six seasons, followed this with seven at Stourbridge before his long stint with the Tigers. A loyal servant if ever there was one!
