Marc returned to the club in the summer of 2014 having been a mainstay at the heart of the defence during the latter half of the noughties.
Having originally joined City from Cirencester Town as a midfielder he found himself converted to a centre-half and made 139 appearances, scoring twelve goals, one of them came away at Cheshunt when he played on the right wing!
He did have a brief spell away from the club when he joined Chippenham Town and while there scored an own goal as the Tigers beat the Bluebirds at the Corinium Stadium!
As part of the team that won promotion to the Conference North Ricco eventually left the club not long into the 1010/11 campaign to embark upon a new life down under and whilst living in Sydney turned out for New South Wales Premier League side Manly United.
Returning to these shores last year he appeared for Evesham United briefly before linking up with Shortwood United in time for their live TV appearance where he was seen lurking in the background having been cup-tied.
His return to City came as a bit of a surprise as he effectively replaced Neil Mustoe and took on a player/coach role.
Marc was First team Manager at City from January to October 2018 before he took over the top job at Hereford FC.
