Striker signed from Zamaretto League side Stourport Swifts in December 2010.
Lewis looked like a useful target man with a decent first touch but despite showing promise was released due to budget cuts.
He re-signed for the 2011/12 season but after appearing in a few pre-season games decided to return to his previous club.
Lewis was a Kidderminster Harriers fan and also played for their supporters team!
