1st Debut : Bashley (H) - 10/11/90 Last Game : Weymouth (A) - 01/12/90
2nd Debut : Crawley Town (A) - 26/03/91 Last Game : Stroud (H) - 05/11/91
Vastly experienced goalkeeper signed initially on loan from Yeovil Town in November 1990. That spell saw him play just three games before he rejoined permanently later in the season.
Len is best remembered for the away game at Bashley where City won 1-0 but his heroics kept a clean sheet after he'd been injured saving a shot on the line. He was chaired off of the pitch by his teammates at the final whistle.
He was still involved the following season and was part of the touring party that went to Georgia but Dave Mogg reclaimed the no1 shirt and Len played just three games. His last was at home to Stroud in the County Cup and he left after Brian Godfrey had been sacked.
He remained involved in football in his native south west and his sportswear firm sponsored Tiverton Town. The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.
