Manager Tim Harris was in charge at Penydarren Park previously and the double signing was quite a coup. A burly striker, he replaced Jody Bevan in the City team and was a regular goalscorer throughout his first season although injury prone. After scoring a last gasp equaliser at home to Tiverton Town he dislocated his shoulder when the whole team piled on top of him!
