Young goalkeeper from Hereford signed from local football in June 2014 as competition for Mike Green.
Harvey had faced City in a County Cup tie played at Evesham's ground before joining the club on his release a few months later.
At City he was used mainly as an unused substitute but did make two appearances in the last two games of the season; a home win against Stockport County and an away defeat at AFC Fylde.
